Lynx Unafraid

I was photographing a bird from the deck of my home when this Lynx strolled up to the deck (about 15 feet away) and calmly stared at me for a few moments before turning and quietly walking away. When I view this image, the way he looks straight at me through the lens, it still gives me a chill. That animal was large. July 24, 2022. Photo © copyright by Gary Silvey.
